We exclusively use the United States Postal Service. Depending on the product mix and weight of your order we will ship in the most economical manner either First Class, Media Mail or Ground Advantage.
Unfortunately we are only shipping within the United States at the moment. As a small team we are not equipped to keep up with the rapidly and frequently changing landscape of international commerce.
We work to get your items out to you as soon as possible. All items ship from MMD HQ in Louisville, Kentucky. We ship these by hand by a very small team (mostly Will). Our goal is to have orders shipped within two business days. First class mail and USPS Ground typically arrive in 5 business days or less. Media Mail (if you only ordered books or journals) may take 2-8 business days.
We do accept returns on unused and unworn items. If you would like to return your item (as opposed to exchanging the item), you will be responsible for return shipping. We ask that you notify us within 30 days of receipt of your items if you need an exchange, return, or have damaged items.
We will print and email you a shipping label which will be deducted from your refund. You may use the original packaging if you have it or any similar envelope or box. Please email support@modernmrsdarcy.com with the subject line “MMD Shop Return” to find out the next steps.
We appreciate you checking our size chart to ensure a proper fit. However, if you would like to exchange your apparel item for a different size, we are happy to handle that at no additional charge to you by sending you a shipping label by email. Please email support@modernmrsdarcy.com with the subject line “MMD Shop Exchange” and let us know what size you would like instead.
If your items arrive damaged and you would like a refund or replacement please take a photo of the item and the packaging and send those to support@modernmrsdarcy.com with the subject line “MMD Shop Refund.”
