Shipping Info

We work to get your items out to you as soon as possible. All items ship from MMD HQ in Louisville, Kentucky. We are not using a drop shipper or warehousing partner. This means you can contact us directly for any questions or issues that arise with your order, but also that we ship these by hand by a very small team (mostly Will with a little child labor thrown in). Our goal is to have orders shipped within two business days.

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and which shipping zone you fall into. This will be calculated at checkout once you have entered your address. For orders with just stickers we will ship those First Class mail in a regular envelope for a flat $1.50.

As a small team we are not equipped to keep up with the rapidly and frequently changing landscape of international commerce. So at the moment, we are currently only shipping within the U.S.

Return Policy

Modern Mrs. Darcy wants to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns, please email [email protected] right away. We ask that you notify us within 30 days of receipt of your items if you need an exchange, return, or have damaged items.

Exchanges

We appreciate you checking our size chart to ensure a proper fit. However, if you would like to exchange your apparel item for a different size, we are happy to handle that at no additional charge to you by sending you a shipping label by email. Please email [email protected] with the subject line “MMD Shop Exchange” and let us know what size you would like instead.

Returns

If you would like to return your item, you will be responsible for return shipping. We will print and email you a shipping label which will be deducted from your refund. You may use the original packaging if you have it or any similar envelope or box. Please email [email protected] with the subject line “MMD Shop Return” to find out the next steps.

Damaged Items

If your items arrive damaged and you would like a refund or replacement please take a photo of the item and the packaging and send those to [email protected] with the subject line “MMD Shop Refund.”
