Anne’s thoughts

I love this charming and timeless essay collection about the wonders (and occasional hardships) of the reading life. That copy I’m holding in this video? It’s my third or fourth. I keep loaning mine out and never get it back. That’s a good sign, I think.

I love books with great food descriptions as they help you get to know the characters in a more intimate way. I read The Blue Bistro by Elin Hilderbrand and my mouth was watering every time she described the food at the restaurant. It makes me want to visit Nantucket so that I can enjoy the food!
